Studies show that one night's sleep will change the clock genes in our cells. The researchers at the University of Sweden's University of Unilever have discovered this discovery.

Previous studies have shown that insomnia affects our body's inverse and that obesity and Type 2 diabetes may result in insomnia. The division in clock genes causes these diseases.

Jonathan Cardenes, a researcher at the Universal University, says But our study has proven that sleepiness in our clock genes causes insomnia. He added.

The research was done in about 15 people who are usually weighing. The research was done in two phases in two nights. At one point, they were allowed to sleep for eight hours, and they were sleeping at another point.

These observations were carried out in different settings in each of them. To control the light, food and other activities, it has been controlled so strongly. Later, cells from different organisms were collected.

The researchers found that these cells have been modified to make changes in the nature of sleeping genes. Cadenes said that genes are changing very quickly and this occurs in key clock genes that influence our body's development.
